Refund policy

How to request a refund for a Flowing purchase and how it is handled.

Scope

This policy explains how to request a refund for a Flowing paid plan or other purchase. The seller and payment provider shown at checkout and on your receipt process the payment. Your applicable consumer rights always remain in effect.

Requesting a refund

Email [email protected] with the purchase email address, transaction or receipt ID, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details. We may ask for information needed to locate and review the transaction.

For a Stripe-processed payment, Flowing can arrange an approved full or partial refund through Stripe. If your receipt names Paddle as the seller, you may also request a refund using the support link in the Paddle receipt or at paddle.net; Paddle handles eligibility and payment refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy.

How requests are reviewed

For Stripe-processed orders, Flowing reviews requests individually, including duplicate or incorrect charges, a product that was not delivered, and technical problems that prevent reasonable use and cannot be resolved. Depending on the circumstances, an approved refund may be full or partial. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund, except where the law gives you a right to one.

For Paddle orders, Paddle is the seller of record and decides and processes refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy; Flowing can help investigate a product issue. If the provider's terms or applicable law give you stronger rights, they take precedence. Refunds of prepaid usage may affect the associated remaining entitlement.

Cancellation and refund are different

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges according to the provider's cancellation terms. It does not automatically reverse a charge already made. To request a refund for a completed payment, follow the steps above.

After an approved refund, the related paid access or usage entitlement may end or be adjusted. Any refund is sent through the original payment provider and, where possible, back to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank or wallet.
