These terms govern your use of Flowing, the desktop academic writing app and related website at flowing.works. The service is provided under the Flowing brand. For questions about the operator or these terms, contact [email protected].

By using Flowing, you agree to these terms. If you purchase a paid plan, review the plan details and the payment provider's terms shown at checkout before paying.

Flowing helps you write with reference material you import, retrieve passages, and use AI-assisted features. Features, supported platforms, plan limits, and current prices are described on our website and in the app.

AI-generated text and suggested citations may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking source passages, citations, and the final work before relying on or publishing it.

You retain your rights in manuscripts and other content you provide. You give us permission to process the content needed to operate the features you choose, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to use material you import or submit.

Do not use Flowing to violate the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits or payment controls. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks.

The plan, price, billing interval, included usage, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. A monthly or annual subscription renews for the same interval and may be charged again until canceled. The payment provider named at checkout processes payment and provides a receipt.

You can cancel a subscription through the billing-management route provided by your payment provider or contact [email protected] for help. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and leaves access in place until the end of the paid period, unless the checkout terms or confirmation say otherwise. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed charge; see our Refund Policy.

We may update the app, features, and these terms. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

We aim to keep Flowing available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
